As my graduation day from the University of West Florida quickly approaches, I want to express my deep gratitude toward all of you. Your constant love and unwavering support have been invaluable throughout this journey, and I am thrilled to share this significant milestone with you. It’s been a long time coming.
As you can see on the micro-site, the Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Pensacola Bay Center, located at 201 East Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. It is scheduled to start at 1:30 pm.
Guest Information:
There are no restrictions on the number of guests, and no tickets are required for attending the ceremony. Feel free to bring anyone who wants to join.
The ceremony will be broadcast live for those unable to join us in person. You can access the live stream by visiting the Commencement Homepage. The link will become active at the start of the ceremony.
Ceremony Duration:
Based on previous UWF graduation ceremonies (I pulled up the videos and looked at the time), I anticipate ours will last approximately until 3:00 pm, give or take. That does not include parking, finding a seat, or getting out of there.
Post-Ceremony Celebration:
I have also planned an after-party/celebration, which I would love for you to attend. Let’s meet at Emerald Republic Brewing at 4:00 pm to continue the celebration. This will give everyone enough time to leave the venue, take a break, and change if needed. The more, the merrier. Please feel free to bring or invite anyone you would like to both the graduation and the afterparty.
As the day approaches, my excitement grows, and the thought of having you all there makes it even more special. I can’t wait to see each of you and share this incredible moment.
